San Andreas Woman Killed In Crash

San Andreas, CA — A fatal vehicle accident occurred early yesterday morning in Calaveras County.
The CHP says an unidentified 30-year-old female from San Andreas was driving a 2001 Honda Accord on Highway 49 just south of Gold Strike Road. For unknown reasons she lost control of the car, hit a dirt embankment and it overturned. The San Andreas woman was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was in the vehicle. The crash happened at around 3:25 am.
