Sonora Third Graders Caught Smoking Pot

Sonora, CA — Three third graders at Sonora Elementary were caught smoking marijuana. The incident happened last Thursday morning.
Sonora Police Department Officials are trying to find out where they got the pot. The students, two 8-year-olds and a 9-year-old, are reported to have been smoking the marijuana in a school bathroom when another student walked in. That student told school officials, who then contacted police. The third-graders were released to their parents. There is no word on what discipline the students could face.
