The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors may decide the future of Tuolumne General Hospital Administrator Michael Marini on Thursday at 3 p.m. after discussing the matter in closed session for several hours Tuesday.
A large contigent of doctors, nurses and staff from the hospital addressed the Supervisors to let them know that they want Marini to stay on as the head of the facility before the Board went into closed session.
Marini was abruptly placed on administrative leave by County Administrator Brent Wallace two weeks ago.
