California Soldier Killed In Friendly Fire Incident

A 28-year-old Frazier Park man has been identified as one of three elite Special Services soldiers killed in Afghanistan. Staff Sergeant Brian Cody Prosser died today in what military officials described as a friendly fire accident.
Twenty other soldiers were wounded when a bomb missed its Taliban target and landed about 100 yards from them.
