Vandenberg AFB Has Weather Delay

A planned U-S missile defense test was postponed last night due to unfavorable weather over Vandenberg Air Force Base. Pentagon officials said they intend to try again tonight to send a missile to the Central Pacific to be met by a “kill missile.´´ But a major winter storm moving southeastward through California today and tonight may cause another postponement.
