Mendocino Authoritiess Find Holes In Kidnap Story

Mendocino County authorities believe a college instructor lied when he said he was kidnapped. Lodhi Sikander is a part-time instructor at Mendocino College and is of Middle Eastern descent. He reported he was kidnapped in Hopland Thursday and released about 15 miles away. But the sheriff´s office says an investigation found inconsistencies in his story.
