Busy Weekend for Tuolumne County Deputies

Tuolumne County deputies are investigating several weekend incidents. A twain Harte resident reports
somebody tried to torch her car by putting paper into the gas tank fill pipe, and setting fire to it. The fire went out, and there was no damage.
A
vacation cabin in the 11 thousand block of Inspiration Drive in Groveland was burglarized. The owner reports someone cut the locks off a gate to get
in.
Deputies are also investigating the theft of some cash from the Tuolumne City Frosty, the theft of a suitcase containing several items from the
Tuttletown Recreation Area, and the theft of several garden items in Twain Harte.
