Officials from the Tuolumne County Economic Development Company and city of Sonora will be holding a
workshop this week designed to improve customer service. EDC spokesperson Todd Reese says people who attend will learn how to give “five star”
treatment through the phone or in person when they come into their business. Reese says now more than ever it´s important to to have the best customer service
The workshop will be held at the Sonora City Hall Friday beginning at 9am.
