Weekend Fire Investigated

Firefighters are investigating the cause of a wildland fire near some power lines along J-59 yesterday. The
40-acre blaze was reported at about 2:15 and kept crews busy for more than an hour. No one was hurt.
Shortly after 4 this morning a spot re-kindled
in the middle of the burned area about 4 miles south of Red Hills Road. It was quickly extinguished.
