The state is still reeling from a powerful storm that’s been blamed for three deaths in Northern California, including the death of a Livermore man in Calaveras County, and record rainfall in the south.
The storm brought high winds and driving rain to the Mother Lode and snow to Twain Harte last night…. and it´s just beginning.
A National Weather Service forecaster says “We´re in a seriously unstable weather pattern through the first of the year.”
