Shooting By Redding CHP “Justified”

Redding police investigators say a California Highway Patrol officer was justified in shooting a 23-year-old man who had rammed a police van in an attempt to avoid arrest. Officer Troy Gordon is on administrative leave while the investigation into Wednesday’s shooting continues.
