English Credit Change Planned
Sonora Union High School District trustees will talk about increasing the English graduation requirement for Theodore Bird School students from 35 to 40 credits.
According to District Superintendent Rob Gaskill, the total number of credits needed to graduate would remain the same, but elective course credits would decrease by five. This would make both Ted Bird and Sonora High have the same requirements for English. The change would take effect with the graduating class of 2004.
