November ended with California remaining below average in seasonal precipitation, but weather watchers say it´s too early to be overly concerned.
The Northern Sierra has about 75 percent of average snowfall, though in the south, levels stand near average.
Weather models indicate the state could see a series of storms starting in Mid-December, and an El-Nino weather pattern seems to be strengthening, which could bring more precipitation to the state.
