Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor´s family hopes she´ll be able to get out of intensive care today and be home within a week or two. Gabor´s husband, Frederic von Anhalt, says his 85-year-old wife was badly hurt in a single-car accident on Wednesday, but she does not seem to have any serious internal injuries. He says she does have broken bones, and lots of cuts and bruises.
Gabor was initially put on a ventilator, but had recovered enough by yesterday to breathe all right without it.
Gabor was riding with her hairdresser when the car hit a light pole on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Von Anhalt says the hairdresser was not seriously hurt.
He says he hopes his wife is well enough to move to a private room today.
