Election Fraud Watchdogs Named
The U.S. Attorney has appointed two men to supervise the investigation and prosecution of election fraud in Northern California.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Charles Burch and Lawrence Leigh were named District Election Officers yesterday. Their appointment was part of the nationwide Voting Integrity Initiative by the Department of Justice. Burch and Leigh will serve two years in the position. The two will also be on duty on Election Day to take complaints of fraud.
