Assault Puts Two Behind Bars

Two Calaveras county men are behind bars after sheriff´s deputies say they jumped an 18-year-old Arnold man and beat him with sticks.
Twenty-year-old Jonathan Radford of Arnold and 19-year-old Garrett Stevenson of Avery were booked in the Calaveras County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon and battery in the beating of 18-year-old Ryan Joseph. Bail for Radford and Stevenson is $65,000.
