Prison Sentence For Arnold Robbery

An Arnold man is headed to prison for robbery.
Calaveras County District attorney Jeff Tuttle says Nathan W. Smith was sentenced to three years in State prison for robbing Giant Burger in February of this year.
According to Tuttle, Smith with the help of two others, one an employee of the restaurant, worn masks and used a realistic toy gun to make off with about $480. The money was reportedly used for drugs and gambling.
