Thieves Hit Vehicles In City, County

Tuolumne County deputies are investigating a couple of vehicle burglaries. A cell phone, wallet and cash were taken from a locked car parked at a residence in the Crystal Falls area. In Sonora, a cell phone was taken from a car parked in a parking lot on Covey Circle.
Sonora police are investigating the theft of a purse from a woman´s shopping cart in the Wal Mart parking lot.
