A San Francisco man who impersonated two major league shortstops to obtain bats to sell on e-Bay has been sentenced to 21 months in federal prison.

Herbert John Derungs was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty to six counts of mail and wire fraud.

In addition to the prison sentence, Derungs also was ordered to pay restitution and serve three years of supervised release. He also is banned from going within one-thousand feet of Pacific Bell Park, where the San Francisco Giants play.
