Disneyland Settles In Lawsuit
A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit over an accident at Disneyland that left a four-year-old boy brain damaged.
The Walt Disney World Company and the lawyer for the family of Brandon Zucker issued a joint statement yesterday announcing the settlement. It says the agreement will “ensure that Brandon Zucker will continue to receive the finest medical care for the rest of his life. This has always been our primary mutual objective.”
The settlement does not assign blame for the accident.
A spokesman for Disneyland would not comment furtheriting a confidentiality agreement between the two sides.
Zucker was four years old when he became pinned under a car on Disneyland´s Roger Rabbit Car Toon Spin ride.
The settlement must still be approved by the court.
