S.F. Authorities Concerned Over Suspicious Package At Federal Building
San Francisco police say they´re still trying to figure out what´s inside a suspicious package workers discovered at a loading dock at the federal building at 8:15 this morning. Officer Jim Deignan says an X-ray of the package showed bottles and liquid inside. The package is described as bigger than a shoebox and addressed to four government agencies. A police bomb squad is on the scene and the public is not being allowed inside. Police have closed the streets around the building. An explosive device blew up yesterday at the San Francisco Hall of Justice. It was placed in a paper dispenser in the first floor men´s bathroom. Police say the device could have been something as small as a firecracker or something more sophisticated. There were no injuries
in yesterday´s explosion.
