Former SLA revolutionary Emily Harris has posted bail at the Sacramento County Jail.
Harris is one of five former Symbionese Liberation Army members charged with first-degree murder in the 1975 death of a Carmichael woman.
A jail official has confirmed that Harris no longer is in custody. She didn´t know the amount of bail posted, or when Harris had left the facility.
A Sacramento Superior Court judge had set bail for Harris and her ex-husband, William Harris, at 1-million dollars apiece.
The 54-year-old Harris is awaiting trial for the murder of 42-year-old Myrna Opsahl during a 1975 bank heist.
The SLA became notorious for killing an Oakland school superintendent and kidnapping newspaper heiress Patricia Hearst in the 1970s.
