Second Lotto Winner Steps Forward
Another winner in last week´s record-setting 193 million dollar SuperLotto jackpot has come forward.
The Orange County couple are expected a hold a news conference this morning at the state lottery´s Santa Ana office. Their names were not immediately released.
A lottery spokeswoman says the couple went to the Santa Ana office late yesterday to claim their prize. They wanted to wait until Saturday to speak with the media so the woman´s parents could fly in from Salt Lake City where they were attending the Olympics.
The couple are believed to be in their 40s, have a daughter and work in local government.
They hold one of the three winning tickets sold for last Saturday´s drawing. One winner, Andy Kampe of Half Moon Bay, came forward earlier this week. The holder of the third winning ticket is still unknown.
