No Great Pumpkin In Chico

Halloween has been canceled in Chico. The city council has adopted a motion to keep the lights off in the city after dark. Port-a-Potties will also not be provided. The resolution comes after a number of stabbings, sexual assaults and fights that occurred during last year´s Halloween.
