Oakland Man To Be Charged In Fatal

Highway patrol investigators believe alcohol may have been a factor in the accident that took a Copperopolis man´s life Friday night.
Ramon Tijerino of Oakland is still hospitalized with major injuries, but has been charged in the accident. Investigators say he was attempting to pass two cars at a blind spot on Highway 4, when he slammed head-on into the victim´s car in the wrong lane.
