Former Pastor Held For Molestation

A former church youth pastor has been ordered held on nearly one million dollars bail stemming from charges he molested two Southern California boys. 57-year-old Gary Allen Carsonhull is scheduled to be arraigned June 12. He is charged with 18 counts of lewd conduct. Carsonhull had been a youth pastor at Los Altos United Methodist Church in Long Beach, when he allegedly molested the boys between 1975 and 1977.
