Humbolt County Man Back In Jail

A Humbolt County man, out on bail for a previous Calaveras County arrest, is back in jail.
Steven Obrovnik of Trinidad was arrested May 29 for drug charges, battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a loaded firearm.
Obrovnik showed up two hours late for his court hearing yesterday and was quickly taken into custody. Deputies found methamphetamine on him during jail booking.
