Seaplane Accident On Melones

A sea plane overturned on the water near the Tuttle Town Boat Ramp on the New Melones Reservoir. Emergency crews at the lake say three people were in the aircraft when it apparently overturned in stormy weather. The people had made it to an island in the lake and were brought in to the boat ramp area by Tuolumne County Sheriff patrol boat and were treated by medical personnel but, No word yet on extent of injuries. We´ll have more information as soon as it comes into the newsroom.
