Fair Ticket Price Goes Up

Admission to the Mother Lode Fair will cost more next summer.
The fair board this week approved a $2 hike in the admission ticket price to the fair. The increase will start in 2004.
Fair board member Stacey Martin says the new ticket price of $14 is all inclusive, once in the gate, everything is paid for, except food and beverages.
The last admission ticket increase for the fair was two years ago.
