President George W. Bush will have a part in the up-coming 100 year anniversary celebration of Sonora High this month.
Principal Terry Clark says school officials have been talking to Mr. Bush. “They have asked the President of the United States for a presidential letter,” Clark said. “We understand heÂ´s agreed to do that. ThatÂ´s pretty big!”
U.S. Congressman George Radanovich and State Assemblyman Dave Cogdill will also present official proclamations The schoolÂ´s celebration — including alumni football games, an open house, dedication, concerts and barbecue takes place Friday September 26th and Saturday the 27th on the high school campus.
