Firefighters expect containment soon on a wildfire burning in the Highway 49 and Jacksonville Road area along Lake Don Pedro.
Fire officials estimate the fire has blacked 10 acres of grass and oak woodland along the lake shore near Mammoth Mine Road. The fire was first reported just after 3 p.m. this afternoon. Early investigation indicate the blaze started at the lake water´s edge.
