They call it the hottest little fair in California and again this year´s run of the Mother Lode Fair proves it – with afternoon tempertures inching toward 100 degree mark.
Saturday provides a full day´s “hot” activities for fair goers. Gates open Saturday at 1 o´clock. Carnival rides spin until midnite. Saturday afternoon´s highlight is the Junior Livestock Auction in the show ring. Big Air extreme moto-cross action fills the grand stands at 7 this evening, followed by Tim Rushlow, lead singer with Little Texas at 9.
And there´s plenty of ways to keep cool at the fair with cold drinks, ice cream and other carnival treats.
