Prison Protests Planned

Prison teachers and their co-workers will hold a rally this afternoon outside Folsom´s prisons to protest what they are calling foolish cuts in prison education programs.
It´s part of a statewide protest at eight prisons. Teachers say the programs save money and reduce crime.
