Governor Seeks Ruling Appeal

The Senate€™s leader is urging Governor Davis to call a special legislative session to respond to an appeals court ruling that the Coastal Commission€™s appointment structure violates the state Constitution. A Davis spokesman says the governor wants to see about the prospects for an appeal of the ruling before considering a special session.
