Innocent Plea In Arson And Murder

A Sonora man accused of setting his sister on fire in their Confidence home as their mother watched last week has pleaded innocent to murder and arson. A lawyer for Steven Richards says he has heard his client has a history of psychological problems. The 49-year-old Richards lived with his parents and his sister, Nadine Richards, who died in the fire.
