Supes Continue Work On Tower Ordinance

Tuolumne County Supervisors continue to work on setting up rules that would regulate telecommunications towers in the county.
Among other things, the new rules would limit where those towers could be placed. Some residents have said they don´t want the towers near residential areas. The rules may also require that towers blend in with the natural surroundings.
The Board of Supervisors will give the public another chance to comment on the proposed rules before passing them. That could possibly be next week.
