Legislature is going to be vetoed. That´s because Governor Gray Davis is opposed to a section of the bill that includes an increase in most vehicle license fees. Assembly speaker Herb Wesson says the Democrats will continue to insist on a combination of budget cuts and revenue increases to deal with an estimated $35 billion state budget deficit.
