A packed house to hear guest speakers at Thursday´s Economic Development Company of Tuolumne County luncheon at the City Hotel.
Stacey Martin and Mike Albrecht of Sierra Resource Management Company presented a very brief overview using video and slides of forest health, catastrophic wildfires, lumber and paper production and consumption as well as current logging practices, reforesting, and equipment used.
The EDC Vision Awards winner was also named, The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians. Kevin Day, representing the tribe, accepted the award.
