Accused Kidnapper Formally Ordered Back To Michigan
A 56 year old convicted murderer is ordered returned to Michigan to face charges in the cross-country odyssey of a small town Michigan teenager.
A federal magistrate in Sacramento ordered Terry Drake held without bond. He´s seen indicted on a federal charge of interstate transport of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. Drake was arrested Monday after he was found in the company of 14 year old Lindsey Diane Ryan of Jones, Michigan. She was recovered safely near where she and Terry Drake had spent much of the last 23 days camping out in the remote Sierra Nevada mountains along the California Nevada border. The magistrate orders Drake transported back to Michigan by U.S. marshals to stand trial on the charge.
