Davis Signs Cost Cutting at Prisons

Governor Davis has signed legislation to save the state $3.6 million dollars annually by cutting training for new prison guards. The move came yesterday before the governor promised his support for several pending anti-crime bills during a crime victim€™s rally at the Capitol.
