Linden Man Faces Hit and Run Charge

A Linden man was arrested on hit-and-run charges after CHP officers say he crashed his truck into a fence on Highway 26 near Milton Road.
The Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Timothy Withers had been drinking when he crashed his 1999 Dodge Ram into a fence at over 100 MPH. Officers say he fled on foot and was arrested later.
