West Point Man Gets 8 Years For Pipe Bomb Explosion

Glynn Edward McNabb Jr. of West Point faces eight years in state prison for his role in a pipe-bomb explosion that damaged a store and school in Rail Road Flat last summer. He has been held in Calaveras County jail since his arrest in August.
He was sentenced Monday.
No one was hurt in the blast August 26, which occurred in front of Rail Road Flat Elementary School and the Rail Road Flat General Store.
