Downtown Becomes No Parking Zone Saturday

A reminder, because of the Mother Lode Round-Up parade tomorrow morning, a number of city streets in the downtown area will be closed to parking and traffic.
Both sides of Washington from the Red Church to Williams Street will become no-parking zones starting at 5 tomorrow morning. The street will closed to all traffic starting at 9:30 a.m., and diverted to area side streets until around 1 o´clock.
South Washington Street from Restano Way to Highway 108 will be closed to traffic starting at 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Other city streets with planned parking restrictions includes Stockton Road, Church Street and Stewart Street.
The no parking ban will be lifted by 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
