School Bus Fee Approved

Parents will have to pay over $100 a year for their kids to ride buses to and from Mark Twain Elementary.
The Calaveras Enterprise reports district Superintendent Rick Brewer had asked the board of trustees to approve a $180 per child fee, but most trustees felt that was too steep. The board agreed on a $110 per child fee. The district is losing $150,000 in transportation funding.
