A Mt. Ranch Man was arrested yesterday for narcotics. Deputies stopped 56-year-old Albert Whitaker on Market Street in San Andreas. Whitaker was found with methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle. He was booked into Calaveras County Jail on $23,000 bail.
