Stockton Baby Murdered, Father Arrested

A 33-year-old Stockton father who surrendered to police has been arrested on suspicion of murdering his 1-year-old daughter.
Khanh Duy Phan drove to the Stockton police department about five hours after his daughter, Katherine Phan, was found stabbed to death in the family´s home on Saturday.
The girl´s body was found by her grandmother. Police say she was stabbed to death inside the family´s home.
Police Lieutenant Frank Johnston says Phan made incriminating statements about the killing. He has been booked into the county jail.
