Bond Channels Funds For Housing

Cities, non profit builders and emergency shelters are getting $150 million from a housing bond passed last year. The money will build homeless shelters and more housing for lower income workers across California. Cities that have greatly increased their housing will also get funds. Officials say they will release another $28 million next week for farmworker housing.
