Nesler In Court Today

Twenty-three year-old William “Willy” Nesler is due for a preliminary hearing today in Tuolumne County Superior Court.
He is charged in the beating death of 45-year-old David Davis. The alleged beating took place July 25, one hour after Nesler´s release from the county jail after serving a sentence for beating Davis on a previous occasion.
Lead defense attorney Brian Chavez-Ochoa is expected to argue for dismissal, based on the fact that Davis´ body was cremated before a defense pathologist could examine it.
