Heart Rock Hosts Holiday Meal

A thanksgiving feast for those in need is going on tonight, Thanksgiving Eve, at the Heart Rock Cafe in downtown Sonora.
Daryl Sarina with Christian Heights Church and the Heart Rock Cafe says it´s no small undertaking.
“We are also going to serve across the street in between Hammond Shoes and the park. We will have heaters and tables and chairs and a cooking trailer all set up there. We´re also using the Veteran´s Memorial Hall next door to us to help us with kitchen facilities, because we are delivering meals to all the homeless shelters,” Sarina said Wednesday morning.
The free meal with all the fixings begins at the Heart Rock downtown at 6pm tonight and according to Daryl, it goes until they´re done.
