Peterson Trial: Penalty Phase Tomorrow

The jury that convicted Scott Peterson of murder is set to begin deciding tomorrow whether he should be sentenced to death or be sent to prison for life.
Whatever the jury decides should be Peterson´s punishment, it´s expected to be tied up in appeals for years.
Among other things, Peterson´s defense team is expected to appeal the dismissal of two jurors during deliberations.
Meanwhile, today the judge, defense and prosecution will meet to review a tape of Laci Peterson´s funeral.
The tape will be played in court during the penalty phase of the trial and the judge wants to remove any portions of the tape that could be prejudicial to Peterson.
